Cross-country running is offered at White Oak School when there is sufficient student interest. Open to students in grades 7–12, this coed sport emphasizes endurance, personal growth, and perseverance. Runners train and compete on varied outdoor courses, enjoying the challenge of individual improvement while also contributing to a team effort. When held, the Cross Country season provides a rewarding athletic experience and a great way for students to build fitness, focus, and camaraderie.
